A Blooming Mirror..

I reclaimed a mirror one day with some Tim Holtz/Ranger Distress Crackle Paint and Glimmer Mist. I was not sure what to do with it after that so it sat.
And sat.
And sat for the longest time ever.
I created some Tattered Roses from crepe back satin and peacock feather embossed organza. Ideas went into motion and this came to life...It is not the best picture I could have taken, but I thought that it had character. I added orangandy ribbons, beads, and gems to finish off the look.

Just another something you can do with Tattered Roses!!

Tattered Roses..

Spring fever is hitting....

Time for some Tattered Roses!
Here is my newest in embroidered taffeta. It's a cross-woven red and black. The camera flash and terrible outside light was a wee bit harsh on it..

Purple Posies Part 2!

I've been asked a few times what would I end up doing with the Perfect Pearl Purple Posies. Well, I made cards and here they are!

Had to see how they would photograph without flash as well...

They remind me of floral peacocks!

I'm trading them with my local Card Swap group. We are all using the same Hero Arts Cling stamp and then letting loose! It will be fun to see what everyone comes up with. :)
